Shipping & delivery
Aerenica offers several shipping options: any shipping costs or charges are calculated at check-out based on the country from which the order originated.
Once the package has left our warehouses, The customer will receive an email with a tracking number attached, which they can use to track their package at any time.
DELIVERY TIMES.
With Express delivery, the order is shipped as soon as it is ready: (delivery times are calculated on business days)
Italy: 24-48 hours (excluding islands: 48-72 hours)
Europe: 48-72 hours Outside Europe: 72-96 hours
Standard BRT deliveries are made within 3-4 working days at a cost of 6.99 euro.
Express DHL deliveries are made within 1-2 working days at a cost of 10 euro.

Invoices
To obtain an invoice for an online purchase, one's Tax Identification Number must be entered at the order stage.
The order invoice will include the identification number in the Integrated Industrial Registry of Electrical and Electronic Devices marketed by AERENICA.
